New for 2022, this important award is open to companies that have clearly demonstrated policies and action that have created an environment that supports inclusion and diversity.

Judges will be looking for the following in your application: 
  • Evidence of policies and procedures that demonstrate commitment to inclusion and diversity
  • Any information about external fundraising or activity that supports inclusion and diversity
  • If applicable evidence of how inclusion and diversity if actioned at a leadership level
  • Information about future plans regarding inclusion and diversity

    Can you please tell the judges about your future plans for the business? What is your long-term vision to create wealth, employment and make a positive difference? (Maximum of 1500 characters)

    Clearly outlined entries using bullet points and sub-headlines will be easier for judges to read and analyse. Some awards will also require evidence of financial performance.

    Please note that when assessing your entry a judge may want to call you to discuss elements of your entry or visit your business, so please provide your full contact details.

    All entries are subject to our terms and conditions and judges’ decisions will be final.

    We don’t charge an entry fee but as per our terms and conditions, which can be read in full here finalists are expected to have at least one person attending on the night.
